The boat is based in the Point Roberts Marina in Point Roberts, Washington in order provide immediate access to the Straight of Georgia. It also makes for good public visibility. The Marina provides complimentary moorage and also provides space for the unit base trailers to house safety equipment, parts and supplies, and to provide a place for SAR crews to change into their gear.
